"Black Forest Cake"
We used authentic morello cherries soaked in Kirsch ("Griottines" brand) for this cake - nothing but the best!:) The dark chocolate cake layers are moistened with syrup flavored with Kirsch, and the Creme Chantilly was flavored as well.

Tennis-themed cake
This all-edible Happy 60th cake was a surprise cake for my uncle. His wife asked me awhile back to make this customized cake for my uncle, who loves playing tennis.
This is mocha cake with mocha swiss buttercream, covered in vanilla fondant. All sugar decorations are edible.

Traditional "Buche de Noel" or "Yule Log" Cake
This yule log cake is a vanilla sponge cake, filled with hazelnut buttercream/mousse, frosted with dark ganache, and decorated with fondant flowers and leaves as well as meringue mushrooms.
Precious Life Shelter 12/2/12 Open House goodies
We donated a tray of assorted cupcakes to be enjoyed by the residents and guests during the party, as well as a German's Chocolate cake, which was raffled off to the residents/guests. Ironically, this cake we donated was won by a gal named "Mia"!:)
